Obituary

Yvonne was 83 years old, born April 25, 1942 in Canton, OH the middle child of John and Vivian (Cook) McIntosh. Growing up in Wellsville, OH. Yvonne graduated from Wellsville High School in 1960. and was a member of Wellsville First Christian Church.

In addition to her parents, Yvonne was preceded in death by her husband and love of her life of 40 years, Kenneth "Kenny" Dotson, her brothers Lewis "Lew" McIntosh and Blaine "Buck" McIntosh and sisters Neva Heffner and Rebecca "Becky" Moss and their beloved spouses.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Jodi (Curtis Lee) Johnson of Palmetto, FL and Kim (Richard) Williams of Calcutta, OH. Her sister in law Marlene (Paul) Taylor of Calcutta, OH, grandchildren and the light of her life, Matthew Lee Johnson of Riverview, FL, Evan (Kenzie) Dotson of Calcutta, OH and Hunter Dotson of Douglas, WY, Eric (Justice) Williams of Ruskin, FL, Christopher (Caitlyn) Williams of Calcutta, OH, and Nicole (Jeremy) Bahen of Cortland, OH. Great grandchildren that she adored and made her eyes sparkle, Sophia Dotson, Westen Dotson, Maddin Bahen, Blake Williams, Ella Bahen, Blair Rose Williams, Laney Bahen and Luke Williams. "Auntie V" as she was loving named also had numerous nieces and nephews that greatly cared for her and she loved them dearly.

Yvonne greatly treasured her family time, and prior to becoming ill she was a fabulous cook and fantastic pie baker. She loved going out to lunch/dinner, and playing bingo at Calcutta Healthcare where she resided since December 2024.

Our family would like to extend our gratitude to the Calcutta Healthcare Center and their staff for the wonderful care and kindness, love and support provided to our mom and our family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Care Funeral Home in Calcutta, OH. A private memorial service officiated by Associate Pastor Dave Goodman of WFCC will take place at Columbiana Memorial Park where Yvonne will be buried alongside her husband, Kenny.
