Ursula Hilliard, age 92, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2024, in East Liverpool, Ohio. Ursula was born on June 3, 1932, in Germany and later immigrated to the United States.

She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, spending countless hours solving puzzles, cooking delicious meals for her loved ones, tending to her beautiful flowers, and crocheting intricate patterns with care and love.

Ursula was preceded in death by her parents, Fritz Zimmerman and Hedwig (Minekie) Zimmerman; beloved husband, Raymond Hilliard III; and son-in-law Darrell Gills. She is survived by her fur-baby Ozzy; son, Alan Hilliard (Pamela Vanover-Hilliard); daughters, Ramona Gills and Lorraine Hilliard; as well as her 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Ursula touched are invited to the Martin Chapel of Care Funeral and Cremation Specialists in Calcutta, Ohio, on Monday, July 22nd, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, for viewing. A burial service will be held at 1:45 pm on Tuesday, July 23rd, at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio where Ursula will be reunited with her loving husband Raymond.

Ursula's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be dearly missed.
