Robin Lee Merriman (Wilkinson) beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, daughter-in-law, aunt and friend, passed away unexpectedly on June 25, 2024 at East Liverpool City Hospital at the age of 59.

Born in East Liverpool, Ohio on November 15, 1964, Robin was the daughter of Robert and Charlotte Wilkinson. She married the love of her life, Robert "Andy" Merriman on December 5, 1980. The two made a home in East Liverpool Township and raised four children, Robert Merriman, Andrea (Jennifer) White, Tiffany (Tyler Cooper) Merriman, and Kymberly (Michael) Derby. Besides her husband, children and sisters, Robin's legacy lives on through her grandchildren, Serenity Carroll, Nevaeha Merriman, Wyatt Derby, Morgan Derby, and Lanie Derby. She was expecting another grandson in September, who will be named Jackson Derby.

Robin was one of six daughters. She is survived by her sisters, Goldie (Hugh) Johnston, Helen (Ron) Honaker, Georgia (Doug) Waxler, and Dawn Trufley. Besides her parents, Robin was preceded in death by her sister Patricia (George) Michael. She will also be missed by her numerous nieces and nephews.

Robin had a desire to help others and graduated with her Associates Degree in Human Services from Kent State University in 2014. Her work history encompassed several areas of human services including nursing assistant and most recently assistant custodial supervisor at Lincoln Learning where she worked for the last 7 years.

Robin lived a life full of love and devotion to her family, feeling immense joy in the simple wonders of time together. She had an infectious laugh that could brighten a room. She spent her free time crocheting, drinking coffee and spending time with her family. She loved the color pink, anything sparkly and animals.

Family and friends are invited to call from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM on Monday, July 1st, at the Martin Chapel of Care Funeral and Cremation in Calcutta, Ohio. A service to celebrate Robin's life will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, July 2nd, with a reception to follow.
