Robert Millhorn, Sr., 75, of East Liverpool, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of quiet strength, unwavering dedication, and deep devotion to family.

Born on October 22, 1949, he was the son of the late William Millhorn and Alma (Rudibaugh) Millhorn. A lifelong resident of East Liverpool, Robert was a proud graduate of Beaver Local High School and carried his hometown pride with him throughout his life.

For 36 years, Robert worked as a Drill Operator, a career in which he was both highly accomplished and deeply respected. His work ethic, precision, and commitment set a standard that few could match. To those who knew him professionally, he was dependable and steady; to those who knew him personally, he was kind, humble, and sincere.

Robert was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary (Lane) Millhorn, with whom he shared a life filled with love, adventure, and partnership, as well as by his parents.

He is survived by his loving children, Amy (Fred) Carlier and Robert Millhorn, Jr.; his cherished granddaughters, Courtney (Trenton) Diddle, Brittany (Jacob) Lefevers, and Madison Millhorn; and his adored great-grandchildren, Emilia and Ivy Diddle and Levi Lefevers. With great anticipation and joy, Robert was also preparing to welcome a fourth great-grandchild, Lilly Lefevers, whom he already held close in his heart.

Robert found happiness in life's simple and meaningful moments — traveling with his wife, spending peaceful hours tending to his yard, and, most of all, enjoying quality time with his family. His presence brought warmth, comfort, and a quiet steadiness that will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him.

A private service to honor Robert's life will be held at the Martin Chapel of Care Funeral and Cremation Specialists, after which he will be laid to rest alongside his beloved Mary — together again for eternity.

Robert's life was one of dedication, love, and quiet grace. His memory will live on through the generations he shaped and the family he so dearly loved.
