Phillip Moffett, age 70, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2025, in his hometown, surrounded by his beloved family. Born on November 4, 1954, in East Liverpool, Phillip lived a life full of love, laughter, and devotion to his family and passions.

Phillip was the proud owner and operator of Moffett Snack Foods, where he dedicated many years to providing delightful treats to the community he cherished.

His love for golf and bowling was well known among friends and family. An avid sports enthusiast, Phillip cheered on the Ohio State Buckeyes and other Ohio teams with unyielding spirit. He was also a train aficionado and took great joy in his extensive model train set, spending countless hours perfecting his collection.

Phillip was fondly remembered for his playful nature, often chasing children with Silly String, bringing joy and laughter to family gatherings. Above all, he was a proud family man who cherished every moment spent with his loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Darlene (Van Fossen) Moffett; brothers, Curt Moffett and David (Sue) Williams; and sister, Betty (Neil) Kearsley.

Phillip is survived by his loving wife, Connie (Brenner) Moffett, who stood by his side through life's journey; his devoted daughters, Cristy (Terry) Bowyer and Taunja (Chris) Kraft; brother Jeff (Karla) Moffett; sister Brenda (Vince) Reed; Sister-in-law Shelly Moffett; and his treasured grandchildren, Braydon (Gabby) Bowyer, Noah (Hannah) Bowyer, Devin Kraft, and Kynlee Kraft. He also cherished his many special nieces and nephews, who added immeasurable joy to his life.

Visitation will be held at the Martin Chapel of Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists in Calcutta on Thursday, October 23, from 5:00-8:00 pm. A funeral service celebrating Phillip's life will be held Friday, October 24th, at 11:00 am, also at the Martin Chapel.

Phillip's kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering dedication to family will forever be remembered and missed by all who had the privilege to know him.
