Michael Metz,81, passed away on May 21, 2026 at Continuing Healthcare of Lisbon. Michael was born on April 26, 1945 in Wellsville, OH , the son of the late Frank and Mary (Winters) Metz.

Along with his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his siblings: Anna Metz Buzzard, Angie Metz, Phyllis Metz, Mary "Babe" Metz, Dominic "Muzzy" Metz, Theresa Ann Metz, and Rose Metz Tice.

He is survived by his brother-in-law, Dan Tice; nephews, Kevin Tice and Danny Tice; nieces: Ava Tice, Nyka Tice, Theresa Tomich, and Annette Buzzard. He also leaves behind many cousins and extended family.

Visitation will be held at the MacLean Chapel of Care Funeral & Cremation on Thursday, May 28, 2026 from 4PM-6PM. The funeral will follow at 6PM.
