Leslie Ann Uveges, born on November 10, 1963, in Cuyahoga County, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2024, in Columbiana, Ohio, at the age of 60.

Leslie lived a life dedicated to caring for others, drawing upon her compassion and expertise as a nurse. A graduate of the Akron School of Practical Nursing, she spent her career providing comfort and healing to those in need, leaving an incredible impact on her patients and colleagues alike. She never looked at her work as a chore, but rather as a calling from God. As a devout Christian, she was happy to answer the call.

Her dedication to helping others was matched only by her love for her family, her passion for cheering on the Cleveland Browns, and her enjoyment of listening to the timeless music of Meatloaf. In all aspects of her life, Leslie found joy in uplifting those around her, whether through her healing hands or her infectious enthusiasm for the things she loved.

Leslie is survived by her adoptive parents, Dottie and Dave Kile, who nurtured a spirit of kindness that she carried throughout her life. She is deeply missed by her beloved daughter, Victoria, son-in-law, Jonathon Smith, and grandson, Moxley Smith, who brought her endless happiness. She will also be missed by her brothers, Jeff and Mitch Uveges, and her adopted siblings, Steven Kile and Vicki Leasure. Her joy and companionship will also be forever cherished by her lifelong friends Tammy, Joan, and Lisa.

Leslie's legacy is one of generosity, love, and unwavering positivity. Her memory inspires those she leaves behind to embrace life's challenges with compassion and a smile, just as she did every day.
