Jerry P. Hutchison, age 76, of East Liverpool , passed away peacefully on December 24, 2024, at Windsor House at Parkside, in Columbiana. Born on February 3, 1948, in East Liverpool, Ohio, he was a beloved husband, stepfather, brother, and friend.

Jerry dedicated 35 years of his life to working in maintenance at Homer Laughlin, where he was known for his exceptional skills as a mechanic. His passion for fixing things extended beyond his professional life, as he loved working on home renovation projects. Jerry's hands were always busy, whether he was repairing, rebuilding, or reimagining spaces around him.

Outside of work and projects, Jerry cherished time spent with his loving wife, Janice Smith Hutchison whom he married on May 10, 2010. Whether they were enjoying a quiet evening at home, dining out, or catching the latest movie, their time together was precious and fulfilling.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil Hutchison and Leolia (Shelton) Hutchison, his brother, Mark Hutchison, and his sister, Peggy Treadwell.

Along with his wife, he leaves behind: his stepchildren, Candi (Ben) White of East Liverpool, and Jason Conkle, of East Liverpool; his brother, Randy (Terry) Hutchison of Uhrichsville; his sisters, Karen Finch of Lisbon and Jackie (Jesse) Page of Uhrichsville.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30, 2024, from 4 PM to 6 PM at the Martin Chapel of Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists in Calcutta. A funeral service will follow at 6 PM, officiated by Pastor Jeff Smith of Grace City Church.
