Charles Arthur "Art" Frazier, 80, of Wellsville, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2024 at East Liverpool City Hospital, surrounded by his family. He was born on March 13, 1944 and was employed at East Liverpool City Hospital until his retirement in 2003. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The MacLean Chapel of Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists on Riverside Avenue in Wellsville have been entrusted with arrangements.
